Run for Your Life
by James Patterson, Michael Ledwidge
I kept hoping this book would improve, but it never did. The metaphors and similes are cliche and repetitive. The character "descriptions"are shallow, and the characters dull. I didn't even care about the main character and his 10 kids. The only redeeming thing about the book is that it takes very little time to read. If you like action movies written for 13 year old boys, pick up this book. If not, stay away. I actually laughed out loud at the writing and plot multiple times.
By the way, this book is by James Patterson AND Michael something. Perhaps books actually written by JP are better. I hope so.
