I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki
by Baek Se-hee
reflective
An honest and vulnerable exploration of therapy, depression and navigating life when everything feels heavy and difficult.
No star rating as I don’t rate memoirs, but it was well put together. I felt a little seen and I particularly liked the short ‘essays’ at the end. Worth a read, especially if you’re considering starting therapy, but are a bit nervous about what that looks like in reality.
