4.5/5. Some of the early book was not as helpful as the information on attachment styles is now available on many websites via google search. Despite this the last few chapters talking about and giving examples of conflict resolution were really insightful to me and have helped me see ways in which I didn’t react the way I need to when under stress and conflict with my partner. It also showed me ways in which I can react in a much better way in the future.
