Is the author serious about people fainting when he read "Guts"?!! Was he reading to children? Or old people? Come on! It was bad, but not THAT bad. What kind of loser faints at that? I really have a hard time believing that crap. I find it much easier to believe that the author was just trying to shock people with the fainting stories... so more people would read the book. I wish I hadn't even read the afterword. "The 'Guts' Effect"... what a joke! This was my first Chuck Palahniuk book, and I am glad it is finished. Too bad I bought another of his books already!
