The Perfect Stranger
by Anne Gracie
This book had a vastly different setting than the prior books in this series, and I found I liked it all the more for it! Faith fell on some hard times, and luckily Nicholas was there with his giant dog to help her. Her skills and confidence grew as the story progressed, something I always love seeing for sheltered heroines. Nicholas became less reserved with her as they spend more time together, and the big secret (though the reader can guess what it is fairly quickly) had interesting ramifications for their love story. I continue to enjoy Anne Gracie's writing and look forward to the next one I read.
