1.5 - 2 stars. Sorry, but this one was definitely not for me. The premise and the first few pages initially intrigued me, and prompted me to purchase this book. However, once I started getting past the first few pages, well, I slogged through this book. (Take a look at how long it took me to read such a short book). If you are a fan of Shakespeare type dialogue, then maybe you will enjoy this more than I did. I just got the feeling like the author was trying too hard impress the readers and/or critics. According to the other Goodreads reviews I am in the minority with not enjoying this book, but what can I say? ... other than this is the first, and probably the last book that I will read by this author. Sorry.
