I generally don't agree with hunting animals but I do accept that in some cases where an animal is a multiple-times man-eater that yes, measures may need to be taken, including the killing of the man-eater. This book documents various hunts on man-eating big cats the author took part in.
Despite my initial thoughts going in I actually thoroughly enjoyed this book. I could just get lost in the author's writing voice and it felt like I was experiencing these adventures alongside him. Corbett is a great storyteller, that's for sure. Definitely one of my favorite recent reads.
Gonna read some of the other Corbett books soon.
