Becoming Us by Amy Daws

1.0

Oh this was bad. So, so bad. I'd excuse the bland characters and uninteresting prose, but then the text includes gems like "a boy and a girl can't just be friends." And the girl's sister blaming the girl for GETTING SEXUALLY ASSAULTED because the girl "should have left immediately" and the girl's boyfriend had been cheated on before so she "should meet him halfway" when he doesn't like that she dresses """provocatively""" and dances at a party. Dear Lord.

Oh, and in the preview for the next book we find out that having babies is the ultimate goal that women exist for. I repeat: Dear Lord.

And even the erotica was disappointing. So really, I got nothing out of reading this.
