I was expecting a quick yet heartwrenching read about losing your loved one, instead I dragged it with me for 7 months before finishing it.
I applaud the idea and the scenery of the story, but overall I found it quite boring and repetitive. Grief makes me isolate as well so I expected to empathize with Julie, but her attitude and blindness to other people's emotions made her hard to connect to. The plot lacks structure - it just has scenes put together without anything connecting them. It also broke the timeline - at times it feels like it's been months and then we find out it's only been two weeks or so. I couldn't look past those inconsistencies to truly enjoy it.
