“To the stars who listen—and the dreams that are answered.”

This book wrecked me. I’m so sad, disappointed and regretful that I have not read this book until today. Easily, hands-down, instantly in my top 5 books that will forever stay in my heart and in my mind. When people are hyping this series - especially this book - up, I was in doubt. What are people raving about over a romance fantasy series? Man I was so wrong I’m willing to eat up my own thoughts because of it.

This is one of the books you had to read if you’re feeling meh on the first one because so many revelations came up that made me gasp irl. The plot, the characters, the twists, the fight scenes and damn, just everything in between, made me feel so many feelings. I’m glad that I was only semi-spoiled by the book community because damn, I was so hyped. Imagine if I had zero clue at all.

Tbh, I’m glad I have not yet gotten my hands on the next books (soon though!!!!) because I need a breather (nvm, got the book a few days after and started reading it lol). This book took all the emotions out of me and I don’t know how to recover. Is it too early to deem this as the best book of the year? Now that I’m out of my comfort zone and dipped at toe into fantasy, I’m really hoping to read more of the genre.

3 days since I’ve finished the book and I’m still on high. Watching reels related to this two books + re-reading those important scenes, especially chapter 54!!!
