No one explicitly has an eating disorder, however the narrator constantly mentions height/weight and compares her own body with everyone around her. Most characters engage in very disordered behaviours (skipping meals, etc.) and none of it is frowned upon. In fact, these behaviors seem encouraged all throughout the book.
