A cute manga that's great for passing time. It's really sweet to see the son's personal relationships and interests growing.
It can be a bit frustrating because it's repetitive and doesn't feel entirely true to life. I have to believe that any teenager who's THIS far in the closet would be a bit better at avoiding making the same Freudian slips about his sexuality again and again.
Also, while I understand that the mom wants to let her son come out when he's ready, I do think that showing a bit more explicit support for him would go a long way in making him feel better. Cultural differences, I guess?
Hoping that volume 2 will get things moving more!
