Long Lost by Harlan Coben

4.0

I don't particularly like terrorist themed novels. I didn't realise that this was what it was going to be. It highlighted how we profile people unfairly, never suspecting a blond woman with blue eyes of being able to commit such terrible acts against innocent people. I liked the book. It was a quick and easy read as always from Coben. It was he second child themed book, which was disappointing. Again, the overuse of the words 'vis-a-vis' and
'à la'. I thought the idea of the embryos was very clever, you suspect that her child is alive despite all the odds. That wasn't the case here because that would have been too much of a cliche. It was irritating that the author expected you to know the layout of Paris as if you had been there and experienced it yourself. Overall, good book but good never award it more than 4 out of 5. I found it unusual to be written in the first person
