I adored this story and do plan on picking up book 2. Editing and grammatical errors might pull some readers out of the story but I personally read it front to back in about 3 days. The descriptions of scenery and characters got repetitive, but again it didn't hinder my experience.
In the beginning it felt like Nox and Amaris were both main characters, but Nox sort of seems to fade into the background as the story picks up. The end also felt a bit rushed. Overall a great experience to read.
