Hood Feminism: Notes from the Women That a Movement Forgot by Mikki Kendall
challenging
informative
reflective
medium-paced
Hood Feminism is a bold and clear reminder that unless we include Black, Indigenous, Asian, and other women of color, as well as disabled women, trans women, and non-binary individuals in the feminist movement, IT IS NOT TRULY FEMINISM AT ALL.
Note: Pls refer to Black reviewers for this book. Some who I recommend (because I admire them!)
