Batman, Volume 2: The City of Owls by Scott Snyder

Two things I loved about this one.
1) My confusion when reading Batgirl about what the hell happened to the Owl people. I should've known that with this many characters, the information is spread through different storylines.
2) HARPER. Ohmigod, I love Harper. I want Harper to have her own series. I want Harper to have her own action figure. I want people to cosplay Harper so I can glomp on them. I heart Harper.
I like Batman. Not nearly as much as Batgirl, but I'm digging it. The next volume is another tied in with Batgirl. From reading her series, I know I'm hoping this series explains that more in depth.
The one thing I'm wondering, is there a Robin/Nightwing series? Because apparently they're going through all kinds of action behind the scenes of this one, as well as the Batgirl series. How do I find out about those?
She shouts into the universe, because no one else reads these along with me?
