Let me preface my review by saying this is the first book by Lili St Germain that I have read. I had this book on my Kindle for awhile, downloaded it because the cover & title caught my eye. So I went in with zero expectations. I haven't been reading too much the past year with everything going on, so I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this book. And wished I had the money to buy the next book because I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!!
Note: Trigger Warning. It's dark, bloody, and brutal.
If you like Romeo & Juliet-esque romance, & dark, mafia style romance then I def recommend these books (yes it's a series. No I haven't read book 2 yet- but it's best to have book 2 at the ready! Don't be like me
