I read book one a while ago, to help me get out of a reading slump, and now that I am once again facing a reading slump I figured I may as well read the second book. It…kinda wrecked me to be honest. I know I should dislike Finn. I know. And trust me, I adore Oliver. But the way things went for Finn…it was just so devastating. I wanted to throw up. I felt so bad for him (I know I know). The whole interaction he has with Frances in her dream at the end, where she asks what’s the point and he responds, “I’m with you, aren’t I?” had me spiraling. I’m still spiraling. I know, it’s bad.
