I was so excited to start reading this book & it truly is not a regret to pick this book up. Overall, this book is a heart-warming read. This book contains second chance romance & it is not only that, it is about family love & new beginnings. It is quite emotional for me especially the part where Gemma is trying to cope the lost of her lovely husband. Andrew is such a sweetheart. Gemma is such a strong women, she’s my fav character in this book.

Anyways, there is a character named Angelica, which is Casey’s mom that I got annoyed with. She is an overprotective mother, but I know, it is because she loved Casey so much that she don’t want anything to hurt her daughter even more, especially, with the brain tumour Casey’s having. I don’t like how Angelica treats Dan when they only meet for the first time after years. It is harsh especially when Dan give his best to provide Casey the needs. It is true, Dan is responsible for the mistakes he made from the past, but maybe Angelica should start it with slow talk & not being rage in the beginning. I love how Dan tried his best to fix the past & the way he try to bond back together with Casey is so sweet
