The BBC National Short Story Award 2013 by Lucy Wood, Sarah Hall, Lionel Shriver, Lisa Blower

4.0

Just finished this the day before the announcement of the winner. I can't quite decide which story I like best and would like to win - I am really haunted by Mrs Fox but not sure it is the best story...The most interesting perspectives in a short story are Notes from the House Spirits & Prepositions...but am dithering between these and Barmouth. Maybe I will stick my neck out for Mrs Fox..24 hours to wait for the judges results!
