Somehow my mind had the audacity to erase everything that happened in this book from my memory, which is surprising because it's a very unique and interesting concept!
Apocalyptic, relatively grotesque, survivalist and fast-paced, Angelfall is a good time. Definitely the kind of book you want to and should binge to get the most out of it. I really loved the characters of this world in particular, and can't wait to read on about them.
This book started as a 5 star for me because it's fast to read, I got invested in the characters, and I love a good survival story. I knocked it down to 4 because the ending felt like too much at once. There were, in a way, two reveals that I wish had been more spaced out because it was a lot to take in.
