I liked this book. 

The subject matter is dark, proceed with caution (author also makes sure to warn you before the books starts).

The  authors note at the end  was beautifuI and validating.

It really made me reflect on why I love horror and more specifically
revenge horror
. Horror in general often times is a lot to read, watch, or take in, but it's usually with a purpose. I believe its also a way for people to safely read about dark real world subject matter in a safe space.
