Seemed mostly to be a therapy fanfiction, dealing with everything from self-worth to healthy communication in relationships to religious trauma. Almost a tidal wave of positivity and therapy-speak. It was cozy in that the characters were emotionally healthy and their day to day lives were 90% of the plot; whereas external conflict took up the other 10%. I wanted to read the book because I am such a fan of the TikTok skits. If I wasn’t already in love with the characters, I don’t know if I would have liked the book as much as I did.
