I liked Lazarus Fierte's character, and the mistrious circumstances surrounding him.
Quinn Darkova's character needs some development, that must be achieved throughout the rest of the series, because she seeks revenge on those who wronged her....

Not a lot of World building, was a bit disappointed about that.
