The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon

3.0

I’ve been meaning to read this book for a long while. Whilst it wasn’t as good as my expectations, I did find it interesting to enter the life and character of Christopher and his unique experience of the world. The London Underground scenes were particularly powerful, as it encourages the reader to reimagine what is familiar to us. And I love the final line - that, above all, Christopher was brave, overcame his fears, and did what he never thought he could do. And that’s certainly inspiring.
