This book was good as an overview of the machinations of the anti-American bloc, but the entire time it felt like something was missing. I think it could have done with some more insights into autocracies NOT in this bloc, to compare and contrast Autocracy Inc. from Small Local Business Autocracy. It feels bizarre to focus on the evil of this bloc while not at all even addressing any potential failures of the American bloc. As far as I am aware, the insight into the anti-American bloc was good, but these holes mean I am simply not giving a star review as I am not sure what to put.
