Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action by Simon Sinek

Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.
Found this extremely repetitive as in would have a sentence repeated a few sentences later but slightly reworded, and this happened constantly - gendered language was used over and over i.e. "when considering how a leader works he should"or "imagine what the leader of the company says to his team" - also this book was written in 2009 I think and the constant references to Apple organisation and it's leadership and products really dated the book - all in all I think this book could have just been a  leaflet or the associated TED talk and still have got as much out of it
