The Heretic Queen

Again, I really enjoyed reading about life in Egypt during the Nineteenth Dynasty, and it was more enjoyable reading the POV of the person in the center of the action rather than a peripheral character, as Mutnodjnet was to Nerfertiti.
That said, the romance between Ramesses and Nefertari started to eclipse the rest of the story as the book progressed, and while I enjoyed it, I would have preferred it didn't feel as prominently placed as it was.
Now I really want to go back to the MMA and spend an entire day in the Egyptian wing...
