I felt a little let down by this second book. It was a thoughtful story and I love that it has disability rep, but it seemed to me like every woman was in a caregiving role and only disability rep was men in wheelchairs. Even the very side characters like the house they build for a man in a wheelchair has a woman caregiver. I had hoped for wider gender representation of both caregivers and disabled people. Otherwise a thoughtful story of a relationship with usual problems of miscommunication.
