Bloodsucking Fiends by Christopher Moore

3.0

It wasn't really my cup of tea. Though I did laugh at some parts I didn't finish the book loving it and wanting to run out and get more. For what this book was and the type of humor the author has it was great. It was good paced and I didn't find it boring or dragging. If it is up your alley humor wise then would probably want to run out and grab other works by Moore, would probably give it a raving 5 stars. It is not for everyone's taste.
In this particular book it's about a vampire, adjusting to life as a vampire without any guidance from her maker. Though her maker is around, amusing himself. There's a rag tag cast of humans surrounding her. They are a crude bunch of guys that stock shelves on the nightshift. Oh and the self proclaimed emperor of San Francisco accompanied by his men (his dogs).
