I picked up this book not knowing anything about it. I just thought the cover was pretty but OMG I loved it. Amani is an 18 year old looking for an adventure. When she is suddenly kidnapped and taken to the regime. She soon realizes she looks almost identical to Princess Maram and will be her double when she needs to impress her people. Which is almost all the time since Princess Maram people don't think she's fit and they dislike her. Amani slowly starts to win over her people just in time for it to all fall apart.
