I’ll rewrite later, but while this has some of the same great lyrical prose, the actual writing of the plot and its endings frustrated me as an end to the series. Maybe it’s inevitable for how great the first book was.
Giving it a 3 since page to page it’s still good, and the characters were complex and largely fun to read… but some of the ways that things get tangled felt lackluster at best and left me wanting to shut the book in frustration at worst b
