What a cute read. I have been reading a lot of contemporary lately, and this is my first which didn't take place during summer. There is snow, skiing, and teen angst. It's definitely a lot of fun! Calmly meets Blake and they connect very well, but she is going back home after her trip. Then... surprise she is told by her dad they will be moving to Colorado to open a second brewery and she sees Blake again... but things get weird a little bit. I don't want to spoil the rest of the story, but I like seeing how Cally finds a great group of friends and deals with the horrible high school drama we all face. Plus, she stays close to her best friend from home which I think is really sweet. Overall, a very cute book which gave me like major Kasie West and the like vibes. Definitely a must for anyone who wants a cute contemporary with skiing and fun.
