A very mediocre retelling of a great myth that destroys Ariadne’s strength and reduces her nothing more than a passive bystander in her own story. Reads like a blow by blow account of the myth than a novel, the writing is very much “I did this and then I saw that…”

Doesn’t deserve the hype.
