This feels like the ultimate cozy read. Like most people, I didn’t know this was a book and had actually seen the movie version of it long before even realizing this fact. Like all movie adaptations, there are similarities and deviations, but I would say that a lot of it is actually different from the movie itself. If you’re interested in a whimsical, easy fantasy read or just want more of Howl & Sophie with more plot than pick this up.
