I’ve been thinking a lot about aging lately. As someone in their 30s I want to get older in the best way that I can. I don’t normally enjoy self help books. But this collection of stories and reflections in tandem with conversational interviews with incredible people did the trick. It was inspiring. It was peaceful to read. I enjoyed it and it has changed the way I see getting older! A lovely read that I really enjoyed. I even recommended it to my mother.
