This book is a very fast read and all the way through, it's confident it can solve all my problems as a manager, leader, and person with any degree of authority. And maybe it can! But there are so many follow-ups, I'm instantly wondering what I'm still missing. 

Anyway, reading through this, I started a template for one-minute goals with my direct reports. And I already do (tho not-frequent-enough) praisings and redirects (without the affirmations). So, I agree I can use this nearly immediately. 

I'll see how the FOMO lands for the other tools available.
