I liked the concept of this book and the whole idea of macro and micro. I think the author was onto something there. The book was action-packed and I really enjoyed how the battles were going on macro and micro level at the same time.
What I had the biggest problem with were the characters. I just don't think they were very interesting. Also, for the first half of the book I kept mixing up some of them. This has never happened to me before and I was really confused. And then I realized, there wasn't proper description of most of the characters at all! Except for "the girl with the tattoo" or "that old guy" I had no idea how the characters looked and reading their names didn't bring an image to my mind. Has anyone had a similar problem? Or did I just miss the descriptions...
