The Christmas Party

This was very gripping and I loved switching between all the characters - it added a depth of perspective.
It was interesting finding out more about each character, both through their eyes and others - I definitely have a favorite sister! The tension really builds as the plot progresses - plus more and more of the past is explained in small teasers. The ending has a clear "finish" whilst still showing that there is room for the story to continue - can't wait for the sequel.
With the reveal I felt that certain chapters had just been a bit misleading, as I got a different feeling whilst reading them - though I did enjoy the twist. There was also one section where I didn't quite believe a character would have acted that way - but it was brief.
Overall, I blazed through this as I just had to know what happened! There is so much more to find out about the family, and I'm looking forward to that.
