Wow! What an amazing read, one that I know will be added to my forever favourites and definitely one top as favourite of the year. Slator has a way with phrasing that is amazingly beautiful and powerful, creating a love between Grace and Eric that is so palpable I was left thinking about their romance whenever I had to engage with the real world. As a would-be author, I am in awe of Slator’s amazing talent and I can’t wait to read her second novel with Penguin, whenever it is released in the future. Eric is one sexy, sweet and funny love interest, and definitely gives Jake Glasswell a run for his money in terms of dream boyfriend material (check out What’s In A Kiss? by Lauren Kate, if you aren't aware of how amazing Jake is).

I’m a sucker for flirty banter between the main characters, and I loved their banter from enemies, to friends, to lovers. The narrative goes back in time to show what happened in their friendship to make them turn into enemies and it added another dimension to their relationship. The spicy scenes were pure love making (my favourite kind) and again written in such a beautiful way that almost seems poetic in phrasing and content.

I have a humongous TBR pile, one that I am adamant I want to work my way through this year. But I fear any book that comes after this one will pale in comparison. The Launch Date will no doubt give me a massive book hangover that I don't want to get over. I'm not a huge fan of rereading books, but I will definitely be re-reading this one.
