Never Your Girl
by Jennifer Sucevic
adventurous
emotional
I listened to the audiobook version of this cute enemies to lovers story. I really enjoyed the banter between Holland and Bridger throughout the entire story, as well as all the emotional back story regarding both character's family life. The family issues gave both characters a common denominator, which then helped develop and grow their fake relationship into a real one. The plot point about the messages was full of twists and turns that I was not expecting at all, and the scene with the parts with the text messages between them was not only fun but super cute. I loved how they were both there for each other when they each needed it, even when their relationship was fake and when they had their doubts about one another. The narration by Angelina Rocca and Grayson Owens was pretty good. All in all it was a great second chance, fake dating, enemies to lovers story.
