“As long as it’s still beating you’re still here”
This book started really strong for me! Like really strong! I really enjoyed how things took off in the beginning. Totally unexpected. The ordeal the main characters experienced was terrifying. I can honestly say I came for the story, and stayed for the characters (I needed closure). This book had the potential to be a 5 star for me, but I feel like some parts were drawn out a bit. And with that I will say, Still Beating was well written slightly obvious ( after a certain point), passionately dark, the last bit dragged a bit for me (my opinion).
I’d recommend this book.
