Did not finish book. Stopped at 15%.

This is definitely the type of help book you don't just "with and read" It's dry. Definitely does its job of making you think of prior conflicts. There are some phrases that definitely feel far more confrontational than most scenarios warrant but others that do a good job with exploring accountability.
