Asadora!, Vol. 2 by Naoki Urasawa

4.0

Another great volume to a promising series.
I quite like how this volume builds off there first volume. With a great continuing story and overall improvement.
The characters are becoming more detailed and enjoyable. Asa slowly and through good writing becomes a more likable and well written lead. The scenes with the plane really serve the story well in that way.
The story feels really unique too, even though the majority of the arc goes on for quite a long time. It’s with those quirks and character moments that it strives.
The last part of the volume is the time skip. The previous chapters now serve as almost a prologue. I like that, those chapters really build the current chapters into a great narrative. The Asa you see know is built on that.

All in all this is a brilliantly crafted story.
