Would be very beneficial for laypeople needing to understand, but not very helpful for the professional. I learned more from the prologue and epilogue than the body of the work. I found her to make wide leaps and intellectual assumptions, but I can see how it could be helpful for a person who is not a therapist to heighten understanding.
