Holy genre-gasm, Batman! If I had read this in isolation, I probably would have tossed it aside early on. However, read alongside storylines in Morrison's run on "Batman and Robin," the overall narrative gains coherence, but it's clear to me why DC would want to reboot everything with the "New 52." After this time-skipping ordeal, who wouldn't want to get back to basics?
