I think I may have enjoyed how utterly bizarre and twisted it was, if it wasn’t for the rampant racism and homophobia that I was just (possibly stupidly) not expecting. I also did not expect, but was entirely unsurprised by, the mention of Donald Trump on almost every other fucking page. Of course Patrick Bateman would idolize trump lmfao. 

The supremely unreliable narrator thing gave me whiplash, though it was kind of fun at times.. but. Meh. Regretting purchasing, as I don’t think I’ll ever pick this one up again.
