This is book 3 in the Windflower series. It is a novella that is a cozy fantasy. The protagonist is Mildred Windflower. I think she was briefly mentioned in book 2. Her witchy power revolves around fibres and weaving. She traveled a lot for several years. She wants to settle down for a while. A friend has a house she can stay in for free if she cleans it up and refurbishes it. She meets Anneke who is raising alpacas on a neighboring farm. I enjoyed the book as I did the previous 2 books. I will read book 4.
