This is the third book in this series and so far it hasn’t let me down - this was another great, twisty thriller! I loved the writing, the fast pace and the mixed media elements. Now that i’ve read a few books in the series, I feel like I really know the characters and I love following them - I like how the author puts their own personal storyline into the book in a way that doesn’t overshadow the main mystery. The plot was really dark and sad but I couldn’t look away from it. It was very interesting, complex and full of layers. Each time I thought I had worked it out there was another little twist. I had a lot of theories but the actual reveals shocked me - it kept me guessing right until the end. It’s so much fun following the investigation from the police perspective and seeing how they solve the case. The ending was amazing and I can’t wait to read the next in the series! As I was writing this review I changed the rating from 4.5 to 5 stars as I couldn’t find anything that I had an issue with.
