How uncanny the way what one reads can sometimes synchronize with reality.
WHAT I LIKED & DISLIKED ABOUT IT:
There wasn't much I didn't like about it. This book is most likely a 3-4 star read for most. True to one of the themes of the book, this book found me in a time when I could most resonate with each character and learn something new. It's a heartwarming, inspirational, and gentle thought-provoking book. I found it a quick read and a dopamine boost. I liked it was quick short stories that were diverse in showing how people struggle in different stages of their lives. Each character is relatable in their amiability and their unlikeable traits. Each character goes through self-realization and self-actualization. There's an index at the back of the book for all the books mentioned by the librarian which I think is amazing.
RECOMMENDATION:
This book is definitely for anyone who is open-minded and feels a little dismayed with life or feels lost. It's also such a love story to books and a lovely recognition of librarians, who do more than organize and shelve books. They change lives.
